Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
As Finance Director, under the direct supervision of the Deputy CEO Corporate Support Services Officer, you will be responsible to enhance the financial operation and Investment performance of the Company by leading the design and implementation of financial recording, analysis, reporting and management system that provides accurate and up to date information for informed decision making, and supports efficient management of cost and working capital management.

Essential minimum qualifications and capacities
· Master’s degree or BA degree in accounting & Finance or related fields.
· Ten (10) or 12 years of relevant experience of which five (5) at senior management level respectively.
· Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Working knowledge of risk management, budget, and forecasting tools
· Investment and credit risk knowledge
· Accounting knowledge (IFRS and taxation)
· External financial and regulatory reporting knowledge
· Understanding financial information systems and informational needs of decision makers
· Understanding of systems, processes, and internal controls over financial information
· Fraud prevention, detection, investigation skills
· Leadership and influence, Communication/ presentation skills and executive presence
· Corporate governance and Negotiation skills
· Personal integrity, ethics, ability to identify ethical dilemmas and make ethical decisions.
