Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Web and Application Development:

• Collaborate with our skilled development team to create visually captivating and high performing websites and web applications.

• Engage in pre-sales activities by assisting in client presentations and providing technical expertise.

• Provide customer support by addressing queries and issues, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Gain hands-on experience in designing and programming mobile applications for diverse platforms.

• Engage in coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications to meet client needs and industry standards.

• Participate in brainstorming and implementing innovative design solutions.

2. IT Infrastructure Engineer:

• Work closely with our IT team to design, implement, and manage robust IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Engage in pre-sales activities by providing technical insights and solutions to potential clients.

• Provide customer support by addressing network, server, and security-related queries and concerns.

• Engage on troubleshooting network, server, and security issues, ensuring a seamless technology environment.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure to propose enhancements and improvements.
