Job Description

The Manager for Administration and Finance Department is responsible for planning, directing coordinating and Controlling the finance and Administration operation of the Association: formulates policies pertaining to Finance and HR implement policy and the procedure based on the approval of the BoD and ensures the consistent implication of the same.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification and Experience:BA/MBA/MSc/MA degree in Finance, Accounting and Finance or Management with 8/6 years of direct experiences in the fields of Economics, Business, Finance or related experience

  • Special  skill: Peachtree Accounting  and  IFRS is mandatory

Siinqee for Gender Equality in Social and Development (SGESD), a local CSO registered at Oromia Attorney General in 2013 and re-registered at Federal Authority for Civil Society Organizations under Registration Number 6751, implements an average of four projects funded by various development partners. SGESD hereby invites licensed and qualified audit firms to submit financial quotations to conduct the annual audit of its accounts for three consecutive years (2025–2027). The bid is open to all interested, qualified, and eligible audit firms. Location: Sagure Town, Arsi Zone Oromia, Ethiopia Criteria: - The audit firm should legally certified legal entity - Have VAT registered - Have relevant experience in Auditing    Conditions: - The audit will be conducted at SGESD’s head office located in Sagure Town, Arsi Zone Oromia, Ethiopia -The audit work is expected to commence around February 1, 2026. - Draft audit report submission: February 14 - Presentation of the audit report to the General Assembly: February 20 -  Submission of the final audit report: February 25 - Audit reports must be produced in two forms: - A consolidated organizational audit report
