Job Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage in Strategic Planning and Management process from company up to individual level including implementation and cascading process,
Develop and manage work break down structure (WBS) of projects and programs
Develop implementation plans
Prepare project business cases/plans, and reports
Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project/program personnel;
Coordinate recruitment or selection of project/program personnel;
Develop and manage annual budgets for projects/programs;
Enforce compliance to project management best practices using Agile methodology
Establish and execute a project/program communication plan;
Manage strategic initiatives (project and program) execution
Prepare strategic initiatives (project and program) status reports
Prepare/organize periodic performance reports of the company
Qualification: BSc in Pharmacy and MBA/MA/BA in one of the following fields: Management, Economics, Business Administration, Strategic Planning and Management (SPM), related field or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years relevant experience of which five years must be spent on managerial position.
Term of Employment: One year contract with possibility for extension based on performance
Place of work: Addis Ababa
