Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the timely follow up and monitoring of projects activity with respect to schedule, and budget, periodically monitor
Physical progress on site, checking payment certificates, reviewing variations, omission and addition.
Preparation of Bill of quantities, specification, cost estimate and tender documents for projects as needed.
Go to meeting negotiate with the consultants and clients,
Reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing contract changes and renewals, maintaining accurate records of contracts and related documents.
Communicating with the consultants and clients to ensure contractual obligations are met.
Qualification and Experience
MSc or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, CoTM or in a related field of study
6-5 years relevant work experience
Professionally registered with the institute.
Familiar with the design standard of Ethiopia.
Good English Communication and writing Skills
Abide by work arrangement, full of team spirit
