Job Description
City planners, also known as urban planners, revitalize cities by planning for the modernization or preservation of land within city limits. They forecast how a city will expand by analyzing the population growth and they work with communities to determine their infrastructure needs, ensuring a community-oriented approach to urban development.
Duties & Responsibilities:
In preparation of Architectural designs with regard to design standards, with respect to the design program, site condition and requirements of the client
Carry out the architectural design review
Planning the design and construction of new urban infrastructures.
Assisting in the management of a city’s current infrastructure and urban resources.
Designing and adapting city plans for population growth and development.
Job Requirements:
PhD/MSc/BSc Degree in Architecture/ Urban Planning or in a related field of study
Updated computer skills
Experience:
Minimum Years of Experience 6/8/10
Relevant work experience in master plan preparation and sufficient knowledge in master plan design and urban planning.
