Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the HRGS MANAGER, the HR & ADMIN OFFICER is responsible for handing that sufficient people are oriented, recruited, retained and supported to fulfill the organization’s goals and commitments and administrative support activities to effectively manage telephone calls, visitors to office premises and general inquiries in line with business needs, stakeholder requirements, Group guidelines and policies.
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
Monitoring employee performance.
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields with two (2) years of demonstrated experience or Diploma in HR Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields with four (4) years of demonstrated experience. or Zero years experience for masters holder.
