Job Summary
Duties and responsibilities-
Provides direction to the customer service division by assigning, direction and reviewing the work of staff.
Training, writing, conducting performance appraisals, and assisting in department budget preparation
Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance -related feedback.
Managing cashier coverage and customer flow to ensure proficient customer service.
Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies, and explaining these to staff and customers.
Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities
Required Skills and Qualification
MA Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Interpersonal Skills, Customer satisfaction and customer support abilities.
Customer service and customer experience knowledge.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Computer operating skills are required
Product/service knowledge
3/5 years work experience in Automotive technology or relevant field
