Construction supervisors are responsible for the management and safety of construction projects. Through planning, organizing, and controlling projects, they create an efficient and safe workplace, including materials and personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Keep track of the proceedings of all stages in the building process.

• Coordinate the different teams, assign tasks, and resolve problems.

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol

Required Skills:

• Advance Computer Skill

• Good Leadership Skill         

• Good Knowledge and practical skill on preparing project plan and proposal            

• Experience on Industries Waste Water Treatment Plants

Job Requirements:

• BSc Degree in chemical engineering 

Experience:

• 2-3 years of working experience
