Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as an Outdoor Sales Representative responsible for promoting our company's services to potential customers and drivers, recruiting drivers to download and register on our app as well as achieving sales targets. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our transport services. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, persuasive, and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Travel to different locations and areas to market our services and app to potential customers and drivers.
Use various methods and techniques to attract and engage customers and drivers, such as demonstrations, flyers, banners, etc.
Explain the benefits and features of our services and app, and answer any questions or objections
Persuade customers and drivers to sign up and use our app and services, and collect their feedback and suggestions
Recruit and register drivers on our app, and provide them with training and support.
Explain the benefits of joining our network to potential drivers.
Assist drivers in the registration process and provide necessary information.
Maintain good relationships with customers and drivers, and follow up with them regularly
Conduct thorough market research to identify customer and driver needs, preferences, and trends in the transportation industry.
Report on your sales activities and results, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets as set by the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management & Sales or in a related field with relevant proven experience as an outdoor sales, preferably in the transportation or service industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
A friendly and outgoing personality, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and drivers
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome challenges and objections.
A reliable and flexible attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with app-based platforms and technology.
