Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for dynamic and self-starter applicants who wishes to join our team as a Front Office Team Member. 

Job Requirements

Required qualifications and competencies

• Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management, Hotel Operations, Front Office and other related field

• Minimum of three years’ work experience as Receptionist in four- or five-star hotels

• Having COC certification is an advantage

• Excellent command of English

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments

• Capable of working in a team environment

• Highly organized , able to carry out tasks independently and punctual

• Articulate and good listener

• Willing to do shift work

• Experience in Opera system is advantageous
