Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years in a leadership role Duties & Responsibilites: - Supervise, manage, and support nursing staff in their daily duties - Ensure that patient care is delivered according to hospital policies, clinical standards, and best practices - Assign duties, create shift schedules, and manage staff rotations - Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluations for nursing team members - Monitor patient care plans, treatment outcomes, and staff performance Required Skills: - Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities - Ability to manage a team and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations - Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) and hospital information systems
