Job Description
Supervise the operation of the Tele sales team to collect the daily order intake Follow-up on leads.
Manage and overview Master data in CRM systems.
Answer potential customers' questions and follow-up call questions.
Organize daily & weekly Tele sales briefings.
Motivating the Tele sales team and preparing work schedules and amendments when necessary.
Communicate with customers to receive their suggestions and comments.
Coordinate team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer service.
Market observation to maintain high customer service standards.
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Design and implement Tele sales processes focused on control & organization of the department.
Meet personal and team sales targets.
Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
5 years' experience in sales/customer service role
Excellent Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Persuasive and goal-oriented
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answers, paths, troubleshooting, or methods for a positive customer experience.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
