Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • will handle/Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

  • is responsible to make/Check front office customer service support at the branch.

  • Carries out other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

  • Experience : Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer
