Bingham Academy is seeking a dedicated and organized Admissions officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in facilitating the admission process and ensuring a positive experience for prospective parents by guiding them through the admission process and maintaining accurate records. The responsibilities include:

• Overseeing School Admission process including student enrollment, transfer and withdrawal

• Respond to admission information requests through all channels of communication

• Coordinate admission events

• Reviewing and assessing incoming applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to admissions criteria

• Partnering with Faculty and Finance departments for student withdrawal and financial clearance

• Organize and share updated information in both hard and soft copy to pertinent staff

• Collaborate with IT for effective operation of the database

• Supervise front desk as required

Job Requirement

• Degree in Management, Education or related field

• Two years’ experience in admissions, administrative or related field

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Power School or other software is an advantage
