Job Description
We are seeking a Female candidate with a degree in Health Officer for a project management position.
Our organization is looking for a hardworking and motivated individual who can effectively manage projects and deliver high-quality work. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
The Health Project Manager develops, leads, monitors and evaluates the assigned health projects. This involves effectively managing and reporting on the projects in line with the objectives, timeframe and budget with a focus on health system strengthening, training and coordination
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the assigned health projects in order to meet the project objectives within budget and the allotted time frame and report promptly any operational concerns (e.g. projected failure to meet objectives; increased beneficiary needs; projected over or under spending on project budget).
Provide strong leadership of the assigned health projects, working to ensure both short and long-term positive impacts and outcomes for the beneficiaries, local health authorities and local health staff.
Job Requirements:
BSc Degree in Health Officer or in a related field of study
The candidate should have excellent written and spoken language skills in Amharic, English and Oromiiffa- Manadatory
Experience:
No experience is required.
