Job Description
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates to accounting issue
Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare budget and cash flow forecasts
Complete monthly, quarterly and annual closing in a timely fashion
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
Prepare, compute, file and pay local, state and federal taxes
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
Able to Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Audit financial transactions and documents
Ability to Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Ability to analyze data and give correct interpretations
Work Schedule:- Full Time (The work schedule for this position is Full Time)

Job Requirements
Education
B.A or Diploma in Accounting Or Finance
Experience
3 years for Degree and 5 Years for Diploma in related fields.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong knowledge of standards, procedures, and general auditing policies
Possess great interest in working with different people
Strong ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling of work assignments
Effective and explicit communication skills in both oral and written forms
Ability to analyze and solve problems relating to accounting and related disciplines
Ability to foster a friendly work environment for team members
Deep knowledge of the processes of the courts and legal documentation
Strong knowledge in the area of financial record keeping procedures, laws, and regulations
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
Exceptional ability to motivate, persuade, and influence others
