Kelem Tutors is a rapidly growing tutoring company that provides students with the support they need through talented tutors who can make a difference in their academic performance. We are looking for a Social Media and Customer Relations Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for managing our social media accounts and engaging with our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage Kelem Tutors’ social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Create and curate content for social media platforms
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media platforms
Assist with customer relations tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
Marketing expertise
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent communication skills
Strong writing skills
Familiarity with social media platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for education and helping students succeed
Compensation:
This is an unpaid internship, but we will provide transportation and mobile package allowance.
