Job Description
Summary:
The sales Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading all marketing activities to support the company's sales goals. They will oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage the marketing team, and track marketing results to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales objectives,
Manage the sales team, providing leadership, guidance, and training,
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, print, and social media,
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and media outlets,
Track and analyze marketing campaign results to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions,
Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices,
Manage the marketing budget,
Provide input on product development and packaging,
Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field,
3+ years of experience in marketing management,
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns,
Strong leadership and communication skills,
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools.
