JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Stock Check
Perform stock check and closely work with production team for timely posting.
Advise distribution assistant on stock availability (SOH + daily production forecast) for truck planning and allocation
Manage SAP process with SA OTC hub, starting from booking sheet creation to billing at 100% accuracy
Ensure each truck is issued a separate original invoice and invoicing is done post loading
Implement FEFO while picking goods to ensure effective batch management, extract report on weekly basis for review by Distribution manager
Liaise with Finance for VAT refund in case of invoice cancellation
Ensure safety stock of invoicing paper and tonner of at least three months
Perform trial sales for new SKU before invoicing to ensure system readiness
Ensure all orders processed manually during BCP are captured in SAP at 100% accuracy
CCFOT > 90% DR > 99%
100% Invoicing accuracy
Reporting
Extract MTD sales report at end of day and post on DBR group on teams and on email
Print fiscal summary from fiscal machine and provide to finance at every month end closure
Prepare and present Invoicing KPIs report weekly
Process Improvement
Continuously Identify potential areas of process improvements
Resolve any problem or issue that hinders service performance
Controls and Governance
Ensure all SOPs are adhered to in billing process
Document all SOP for invoicing process
Receive and centrally save payment change report, from SA hub monthly
Run VF04 report and centrally store at the last day of the month to ensure closure of all Sales orders at every MEC
Ensure all Sales orders are properly billed/closed at the end of the week to avoid DR loss
Work with Finance for annual fiscal machine inspection, memory, and software updates
Strictly adhere to sales cut-off on the last day of the month
Participate in weekly KPIs review meeting
Participate in departmental meetings
People
Work closely with the CSE/ CD / Transport / Warehouse team to ensure deliveries are done on time to meet Company objectives
Ensure you have a bi- weekly performance review with LM
Ensure you have Future fit plan (Development) in place every year
Ensure at least 1 hour at minimum a week is spent on learning /degreed based on agreement with LM
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
ESSENTIAL
University degree completed in relevant field
Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a supply chain organization
Excellent working and analytical Knowledge of SAP and Excel
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
PREFERRED
FMCG Experience, Engineering or Supply Chain degree
