Job Description
Main responsibilities
· Determining current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
· Leading employment branding initiatives
· Participating in the interviewing process and making the final hiring decision
· Assisting with internal hiring efforts, which includes assessing existing employees within the organization for senior roles
· Organizing and attending career fairs to source suitable candidates
· Developing effective recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning
· Sourcing, recruiting, and developing social engagement or talent pools
· Managing recruitment processes, including initial assessments and interviews
· Providing candidates with information on salary, corporate benefits, and work environment
· Providing recruitment guidance and advice to HR professionals using employment and hiring data
· Developing competitive or specialized intelligence concerning talent development or employee retention
· Using job boards, social media, and the internet to source qualified candidates for open positions
· Follow up on applicant tracking , evaluate candidates from selection through to on-boarding
Job Requirements
Education: - BA Degree in Management/or any other related field of study
Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in HR and at least 2 years in supervisory level. It is preferable to have experience in manufacturing company.
Required Competencies
Professional experience in Hiring & Proven success in Human Resource
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
Willingness to learn different roles and requirements within a company.
Relevant soft skills like Communication, creativity, organization, and strategic thinking.
Ability to plan and prioritize work.
