Greets and welcome guests and visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
Directs visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answers or forward incoming phone calls to concerned staff
Ensures reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Provides basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to customers
Prepares correspondences and emails; and keeps files in a proper manner
Receive, sorts and sends documents to the receiver
Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (visitors badges)
Organize s and makes arrangements for appointments and meetings
Carries out photocopying, binding, scanning of documents
Performs other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front office Representative or similar role
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Communication and teamwork
Multitasking and time-management skills
Good Computer Skiles & Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude and appearance
Good English writing skills
Trust worthiness
Bachelor Degree in Secretary Science and Front Office Supervision or related fields
Minimum of 2 years, work experience out of which 1 years in similar position in the GYM or hotel sector.
