Duties & Responsibilities:

• will handle/Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

• is responsible to make/Check front office customer service support at the branch.

• Carries out other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Qualifications : A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

• Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee on IFB Window/ Branch

Place of Work: Fajr Amana Branch (Around Furi) and Fajr Quba (Around Kolfe)
