Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Operator. As a Call Center Operator, you will be responsible for answering and handling incoming calls from customers, providing them with information, resolving their issues, and processing their orders. You will be the face of our company to our customers, and it is essential that you provide them with excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Answer and handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers about our products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
Process customer orders accurately and promptly
Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude at all times
identify and escalate priority issues
follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High school Diploma, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Experience in a customer service role preferred
Must be available from 7am to 1pm and 1pm to 7pm from Monday to Friday
Fluency in multiple languages may be desired
