ATICOM Investment Group PLC looking for junior Finance Expert who will be responsible for the following activities

Duties

• Prepare client billing and payments are processed timely.

• Ensure the required documentation and authorization is presented before effecting payments and encoring data into the system.

• Processing payment which involves ensuring all payments are adequately supported by appropriate documentation.

• Ensure  all financial data into the computer/ accounting system 

• Prepares journal entries for transfers correction and adjustments

• Ensure that company’s financial recording and reporting are up to standard and ensures timely payment of government obligations (VAT, withholding, income tax, pension contribution etc).

• make sure that well organized documentation of financial transactions are maintained; resolve accounting discrepancies

• Ensure all accounts are reconciled and conduct a month-end closing process.

• Review general ledger transactions on a monthly basis to ensure completeness, cut off, occurrence and accuracy of recorded transactions

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• First Degree/Diploma Accounting, Accounting, or related discipline 

• Minimum of 0/2 years of relevant experience
