Job Description

Office managers oversee the administrative work that clerical workers are commissioned to perform in various types of organizations or associations. They perform micromanagement and maintain a close view of administrative processes such as such as controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 08:00 AM - 5:30 PM local time

Saturday: 8:00 AM- 12:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers. 

  • Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.As well as employees in discussion with their managers. 

  • Responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone call

  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office

  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment

  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a similar field

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant, Customer service,  Accounts Executive, and related field is preferable
