We're excited to welcome an experienced Legal Business Advisor to our team! In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the legal framework of our rapidly growing startup.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Ethiopian Investment Commission (EIC) and managing various licensing requirements, including potential future export licenses.

• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support our business decisions.

• Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

• Assisting our funding team with drafting funding proposals and creating compelling pitch decks.

• Providing legal insights and strategies for our international operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or related fields to practice in the relevant jurisdiction

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience 

Competencies

• Strong background in managing legal aspects of a startup or e-commerce business

• Excellent command of American English, both written and verbal

• Ability to work full time, without a side job or hustle, demonstrating full commitment to the role
