Job Description
This position is responsible for assisting in the implementation of strategy, policies, and procedures for the debt recovery section and coordinating the operation of the debt recovery section to ensure its effective and efficient operation.
Required Technical Competency
● Draft pleadings for relevant cases.
● File suits to a court of law against the bank.
● Attend court appointments as scheduled.
● Research laws, cases and relevant literatures on court cases handled by the Section
● Assist in preparation of written legal arguments.
● Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications/Skills
·Bachelor's/ B.Sc. Degree in Law
·At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent
