Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Writing and editing Training Manuals, as well as Training computer users
Job Requirement
Qualification: BSC degree in computer science or related field
Required Skills:
A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Curious and passionate about IT field, who constantly wants to change and improve himself and work environment.
Role involves lifting up computers, network and battery devices.
