Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for Creating a creative  and innovative graphics for a variety of marketing, advertising, and promotional materials. They will utilize their experience and skills to contribute to design projects while continuing to learn and grow in their role. This position requires a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various design styles and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

. Design Execution: Collaborate with other graphics designers and other team members to execute design projects and bring creative concepts to life. Create visually compelling graphics for both print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, banners, social media graphics, website elements, and other marketing collateral.

. Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas and solutions to design projects based on knowledge and experience gained during the first year of professional work. Apply design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition to enhance visual appeal and effectively communicate messages.

. Image Editing and Retouching: Utilize image editing software to retouch, resize, and enhance photographs and other visual assets for use in marketing materials.

. Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines and visual standards across all design projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's brand identity.

. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, and web developers, to understand project requirements and effectively contribute to the overall design process.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant experience and a strong portfolio can be considered instead of formal education.

Experience:

. Minimum of 2 year of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating proficiency in various design styles and techniques.

Skills:

. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design production.
