Job Description

Elebat Management and Technology Solution Plc looking to hire an Internist – Medical Director.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa,

Job Type: Permanent

Remuneration: Very Attractive Remuneration Package

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide direct medical care

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation patient care

  • Provide medical consultation for others regarding patient care

  • Review and approve all medical ad laboratory record release requests

  • Participate in implementation of a quality improvements, quality control and risk management program

  • Participate in and providing clinical perspective to strategic planning and annual planning

  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • MD or DO Degree from accredited medical school and Specialty certification I internal medicine

Experience:

  • 5 Year Experience in clinical role

Skill

  • Strong leadership skill,  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
