Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To prepare, analyze, and compile, various financial data/information and generates reconciliation reports.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Based on chart of accounts of the company identifies and codes all financial document.
Follow, collect and records all bank advices in the system.
Reconcile and report all bank accounts timely.
Prepares journal entries.
Completes general ledger operations.
Prepare monthly tax reports.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related activities as needed.
Based on general direction of senior team members organizes, files, and keeps financial source documents.
Qualifications:
BA Degree in Accounting, Management
Excellent mathematical and numerical skills,
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
