Job Summary:
The Customer Experience Officer will be the voice of the customer responsible for identifying key pain points/opportunities across the end-to-end customer experience. This involves all aspects of data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation to deliver customer insights and recommendations to maximize the company’s customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Regular and relevant data collection regarding different aspects of the company’s customer experience
• Prepare and present to senior management across departments regularly to help the company improve customers' experience
• Identify and resolve data quality issues
• Maintaining a database to enable long-term data keeping
• Monitor the resolution of customer issues that arise during data collection and escalate significant issues to responsible parties.
• Manage special projects related to key customer issues as recommended by senior management
• Work closely with operation, sales, marketing, and distribution departments to help on improvement of services and products
• Recruit, coach, and manage new joiners to Customer Insight and Innovation Team
• Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications Required:
BA Degree in Management, Economics, or a related field of study
Tigrigna proficiency is advantageous
Experience:
0–1 years of work experience is required.
