Job Description
Manager – Interest Free Banking Operations is responsible for Developing draft IFB resource mobilization strategy, guidelines/techniques and compile and share best practices/experiences. Prepare IFB deposit performance report of districts/branches and submit for review. Follow-up the rectification of internal audit report findings and settlement of escalated long outstanding items. Attend to queries of branches in their day to day IFB operations. Follow-up timely submission of periodic returns and reports of Districts/branches. Regularly assess key IFB resource opportunity areas and identify corporate deposit customers. Undertake generic duties of the Division (planning, budgeting, coaching and mentoring, supervision, reporting, performance appraisal).
Job Requirement
Educational Level and work Experience: MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Business Administration or related field with 6/8 years of banking professional experience of which 4 years should be at supervisory position.
