The General Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing directing, monitoring overseeing performance of the company and managing all aspects of construction materials manufacturing company operations. REQUIRMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

MSc/BSc degree in Mechanical Engineer, construction management, civil engineering, Business Management, Management or Economics and Diploma in Wood and metal work with the Minimum of 8/10 years’ experience out of which 6 years at managerial position related construction materials manufacturing company,

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

  • Having good practical knowledge/skill in software systems related to the business;

  • Good planning, organizing analytical and decision-making skills;

  • Excellent interpersonal, communicational, negotiation skills;

  • high level of integrity;
