Job Description
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT OF THE GROUP CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the GCEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team and managing the organization’s office operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs act proactively, think critically, and coordinate and work with DCEOs, Directors and all concerned, to address issues requiring the GCEO’s attention and compile and propose course of action for final decision. Keeps/handles GCEO office matters with high confidentiality and ensures privacy and exclusivity of the office and handles the office’s duty with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
REQUIRMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
MA/BA/ in Office management, Secretarial science or other related field of studies with the minimum of 8/6 years of relevant experience, preferably in group companies.
