Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct training programs for nannies, focusing on childcare, health, safety, and developmental milestones.

• Provide guidance on best practices in child development, nutrition, hygiene, and emergency procedures.

• Assess and evaluate trainees to ensure comprehension and skill acquisition.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify potential candidates for training.

Requirements:

• Graduation in Clinical Nursing(BSc+CoC certified or L4+CoC Certified)

• Previous experience in nursing, childcare, or education is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively teach and mentor others.

• Passion for ensuring the well-being and development of children.
