Job Description

Main Responsibility:

Under the direction of the Director of Human Capital & Facility, establish policies, procedures and the necessary manuals and guidelines; and plans, organizes, directs, manage and controls all functions related to human resources & administration mainly handles recruitment, selection, transfer, promotion, performance measurement and management, human resource training and development, labor relations, discipline, employee records, benefits, and other related works. He/She also ensures conformance with the provision of the Labor Laws and HR policies of the Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage to establish policies, objectives and procedures for effective management and control of processes including administration & human resource development;

  • Ensures conformance with the appropriate laws, policies and management policy;

  • Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities of the administration, human resource development, etc.;

  • Ensures that management of human resource and administration to operate and control the support and operational activities of the company;

  • Develops human resource development strategies, and designs management systems.

  • Directs the preparation of the company’s human resource plans, performance evaluation and monitoring and operating budget;

  • Formulates and develops human resource policies and procedures; directs the planning, installing and maintaining of proper human resource development and control systems;

  • Ensures that the company’s properties are well protected at all times;

  • Directs and controls recruitment, for industries,

  • transfer, salary and benefits administration, work discipline, training, termination of services, performance appraisal, grievance handling and employee records management; ensures conformance with the provisions of the labor law, and directions from the Management in the administration of employees;

  • Supervises and ensures the proper provision of general services including janitorial, custodial, communication,

  • Monitoring for proper implementation of compliance of Labor laws like OT, Pension scheme, etc & & any update

  • Directs, monitors and controls the orderly clearance of payables and receivables; ensures that all tax returns are paid within the time limit set by Government tax regulations.

  • Support for the implementation of Occupational safety, Environmental protection, Quality management system & other ISO standards based on the requirements.

  • Safeguards the confidentiality of all information received and under his/her custody;

  • Performs other related functions when assigned by the Director of Human Capital & Facility

Job Requirements

Education and Experience: 

  •  First degree in Management /Economics /Sociology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Public Administration or related field with 8 years of experience, or Masters in related field with 6 years of experience, 4 years’ experience in managerial positions is an advantage.
