About Terra LAB:
Terra LAB, a pioneer in its field based in the dynamic city of Addis Ababa, is expanding its team. We are in search of an experienced Accountant who can bring their expertise to our finance department and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee and manage the company's financial transactions, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Contract Preparation and Management: Prepare, manage, and maintain contracts for employees, ensuring legal compliance and organizational standards are met.
Payroll Administration: Efficiently handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of contract preparation and management.
Excellent understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
