Sidama Bank Share Company is a relicensed bank by the National Bank of Ethiopia. It has got an operational license as of July 1,2022. Its shareholders are around two thousands. The composition of the shareholders includes individuals, cooperatives, regional government offices, churches, associations, and private companies.

Bank tellers assist customers by answering questions, processing transactions, and assisting them with other bank business while also handling many of the bank’s clerical and administrative duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.

• Informing customers about bank products and services.

• Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

• Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.

• Packaging cash and rolling coins to be stored in drawers or the bank vault.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing Management or in a related field of study

Experience:

• 2-5 years of working experience
