A legal manager provides oversight and advice for a company or business. The qualifications for this career include a law degree as well as experience with business laws and regulations around finance, economics, employment and human resources, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiations

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage legal policies, procedures, and documents.

• Research and analyze legal issues and advise management on the legal implications of their decisions.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

• Provide legal advice and guidance to management on all legal issues.

• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or in a related field of study

Experience:

• 7-10 years of working experience
