Sidama Bank Share Company is a relicensed bank by the National Bank of Ethiopia. It has got an operational license as of July 1,2022. Its shareholders are around two thousands. The composition of the shareholders includes individuals, cooperatives, regional government offices, churches, associations, and private companies.

The Digital Financial Services (DFS) Manager will be responsible for leading the digital transformation process and managing the new digital business line in cooperation with the CIO, which will include agency banking, mobile financial services (MFS) in partnership with mobile network operators (MNOs), digital field automation, customer segmentation, and change management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Planning, organizing, directing, implementing and controlling the digital banking services of the Institution;

• Developing digital banking policies and procedures; ensuring the proper implementation of approved policies and procedures;

• Developing and proposing the digital channels strategy of the institution. This includes but not limited to Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Agency Banking, ATM, Point of Sales services

• Guide the strategy and support the implementation of the Digital Financial Services product development and delivery

• Ensuring the execution of approved digital banking strategies; measuring channel effectiveness;

• Ensuring compliance with the Institution’s policies and procedures as well as with NBE directives related to digital channels;

• Advising on product development and innovation around digital channels; developing project budgets, forecasts and plans for new digital banking services;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information System, Computer Science. Banking & Finance or in a related field of study

Experience:

• 7-10 years of working experience
