Job Description
Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a logistics department or facility. will manage a team of employees, ensure efficient workflow, and strive for operational excellence. The Operation Supervisor will also implement and enforce policies and procedures, monitor performance metrics, and provide guidance and support to staff members. Operation supervisor closely work with other departments and management to achieve operational goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in a supervisory role within an operational environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations
Adoptive a positive work environment by providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and performance expectations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as production, quality assurance, warehouse and logistics, to align processes and achieve common objectives.
Analyze data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify trends or issues that require attention.
Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for employees.
