Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Officer
The Finance Officer will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the organization by providing financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining financial records, including income recording, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
Preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Managing cash flow, including petty cash management and bank reconciliations.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, including making office arrangements and preparing meeting materials.
Conducting internal audits and implementing recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years experience
Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and accounting procedures.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior in handling financial and confidential information.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding financial management and reporting is preferred.
