Job Description
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses
Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them
Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Providing daily reports of field sales success and communicating the Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to superiors.
Identify prospective clients, lead generation, and conversion
Monitoring email correspondence, phone calls, walk-in clients, and daily sales tracking/reporting documents
Work with Central Reservations Team on a daily basis
Ensure seamless communication and flow of information from all aspects of the sales process - all communication is to be delivered to direct units to avoid miscommunication
Assist with service recovery for guests based on feedback reports
Strategize to find new Corporate Clients based on required KPIs, and manage key accounts to ensure strong customer relationships
Supervise in-house events related to promoting the Kuriftu brand and search for prospective clients
Attend scheduled events with appropriate sales and marketing materials as the face of the brand
Manage Sales & Marketing materials needed for corporate office, units, and Sales Team during in-person visits, events, etc. to promote brand visibility
Reports to: Director of Sales and Marketing

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business management or related field
More than 5 years’ experience as Sales and Banquet manager
Excellent communication skill in international and local language
Need to be extrovert
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving skill
