Job Description

  • Responsible for analyzing and planning overall customer service excellence, developing and reviewing process review and implementing customer service process review initiatives.

    Job Requirements

  • Qualification: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics or related fields.

  • Work Experience: 3 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 years as, Senior Officer I, or equivalent in banking industry.

  • Salary: Attractive ( as per the new bank scale)

  • Job Grade: IX

  • Work place: Dire Dawa District (Iqra, Jigjiga and Arefa IFB-Jigjiga Branches)
