Job Description
Identify areas of risk and implement policies and procedures that close the gaps. Work with the business units to develop and implement risk reducing projects and initiatives. Share proactive advice and solutions with the business units.
Job Requirements
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics or related fields.
Work Experience: 4/5 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 years as, Compliance Management Officer, or equivalent in banking industry.
Salary: Attractive ( as per the new bank scale)
Job Grade: XI
Work place: West & South Finfinne District.
