Assess properties by physically visiting the properties where they are located; Prepare and submit valuation reports in accordance with guidelines for property assessment; Prepare bill of quantities and specification for work items not included in the guideline.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or related fields.

• Work Experience: 3 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 years as, Collateral valuator or equivalent in Banking Industry.

• Salary: Attractive ( as per the new bank scale)

• Job Grade: IX

• Work place: Nekemte District.
