Job Description
Assess properties by physically visiting the properties where they are located; Prepare and submit valuation reports in accordance with guidelines for property assessment; Prepare bill of quantities and specification for work items not included in the guideline.
Job Requirements
Qualification: MSc/BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, related fields.
Work Experience: 4/5 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 years as, Collateral valuator or equivalent in Banking Industry.
Salary: Attractive ( as per the new bank scale)
Job Grade: XI
Work place: Head Office
