Oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics or related fields.

• Work Experience: 4/5 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 years as, Senior Officer I, or equivalent in banking industry.

• Salary: Attractive ( as per the new bank scale)

• Job Grade: XII

• Work place: Dire Dawa District (Iqra IFB, Jigjiga and Arefa IFB-Jigjiga Branches) and Branches under Shashemene & Hawssa Districts.
